I.In terms of materials, cotton is a natural fiber, while polyester is a man-made fiber. It can be seen from the raw material that cotton fiber is more natural and environmentally friendly, and polyester is a more resource-consuming material.

From the perspective of time-consuming, the production cycle of planting cotton is relatively long, and the entire production cycle is relatively long, but because we do not need to wait for the cotton of the year to produce products, the production and delivery period is almost unaffected; while polyester is refined from petroleum products, the relative cycle is relatively short. In terms of breakdown, cotton has 4 kinds of hand feels: real wax, cotton feel, and the softness of normal fabrics. Waxy hand feeling :smooth, shiny, with the silky feel of a candle. Soft hand feeling: very soft, like cotton wool (the normal hand feels slightly stiffer than the soft one). Hard feeling, especially hard, like cardboard, but has a higher temperature than the texture. It is formed by calendering and has a certain waterproof effect. It is more suitable for banners.

Polyester has two hand feelings: soft, not the same as soft as cotton fabric, similar to the normal hand feeling of cotton cloth, and suitable for making shirts. It is quite wide and slightly stiff, suitable for suits, men's business shirts and banners.

V. From the point of view of use, cotton is used in a wider range. Generally, cotton products can be used from close-fitting shirts, skirts, headscarves to outerwear, bedding, and furniture sofa covers, curtains, etc.; while polyester fabric products, It is best to use turban coats and furniture that do not directly touch the skin. Cotton products are not as easy to dry as polyester. After washing, polyester products are dried in the air or wind.

From the price point of view, the overall price of cotton is relatively high, and the unit price of cotton products is 2-3 times that of polyester, which varies according to the different raw materials and yarn counts. For relatively high-end designs and products, it is recommended to choose cotton cloth, which is relatively high-end. Compared with those who want to have more product choices at the same cost, it is recommended to choose polyester material.

VII. From the perspective of fastness, the color fastness and abrasion fastness of polyester are higher than that of cotton textile. Polyester can be used for a long time without fading and abrasion.

In summary, if it is for festival use, we recommend polyester products, which are cost-effective and brighter. If it is mainly worn next to the skin, cotton products are recommended. If it is a headscarf that is more in the sun, please use cotton products. Cotton has better heat transfer and does not feel too hot.  II.What is the advantage of Polyester wax print fabrics?

1.  The fabric is lithesome and the fiber is strong, so, the tearing strength is higher.Heat resistant polyester is made by melt spinning process. After forming, the fiber can be heated and melted again, so it belongs to thermoplastic fiber. The melting point of polyester is higher, and the specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity of polyester fiber are smaller, so the heat resistance and thermal insulation of polyester fiber is higher. It's the best among synthetic fibers.

      2.  The disperse dyes deliver the highest colorfastness and bright and saturated colors. It has   good elasticity. The elasticity is close to that of wool, and can be almost completely recovered when stretched 5% ~ 6%. Crease resistance more than other fibers, that is, the fabric does not crease, good dimensional stability. The elastic modulus is 22 ~ 141cN/dtex, which is 2or 3 times higher than nylon. Polyester fabric has high strength and elastic r, ecovery ability, so it is firm, durable, wrinkle resistant and ironing free.

    3.  100% polyester wax print fabrics are the highest cost performance products. Good thermoplasticity is because of its smooth surface and tight molecular arrangement, polyester is one of the most heat-resistant synthetic fabrics. It is thermoplastic and can be made into pleated skirts with long-lasting pleats.
